ORBIOM Hub Comercial 360° is an enterprise-grade customer ecosystem powered by Vortyn AI that provides:

  • Cloud-native architecture with predictive AI
  • Integration of critical business systems
  • RESTful APIs and real-time synchronization
  • 24/7 AI-powered analytics
  • Enterprise-grade data integration layer

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • All activities that occur under their account
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Proper use of API endpoints and rate limiting
  • Data backup and disaster recovery planning

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee:

  • 99.9% uptime availability
  • 24/7 technical support for enterprise clients
  • Response time of less than 4 hours for critical issues
  • Data recovery capabilities with RPO/RTO commitments

5. Data Security and Privacy

ORBIOM implements enterprise-grade security measures including:

6. API Usage and Limitations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ORBIOM and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ORBIOM, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
