Our Story
ORBIOM started in 2014 as a small tech team building custom software for businesses across Latin America. We kept seeing the same problem everywhere: companies using dozens of disconnected tools to manage sales, customer communication, and marketing — losing data, time, and opportunities in the process.
So we set out to build something that could bring it all together. Our first products were simple integrations — connecting WhatsApp with CRMs, automating follow-ups, centralizing customer data. They worked, and word spread fast across Latin America.
As we grew, we invested heavily in artificial intelligence to make the platform smarter. That work led to Orbiom AI, our engine that powers predictive analytics, automated customer journeys, and intelligent sales recommendations across the entire platform.
